I have to tell you the truth. Between speaking with Monty [Elsiba 00:00:07], but also watching, I somehow received a video that had Jeremy in it. And you either think this guy is totally whacked, or he’s a genuine article and you have to go see him.

My goals were to find a business in Florida, which is where I wanted to relocate to after I retired. And I was looking around to determine what I would like to do. I had already had a business, which I sold, air conditioning and heating business. And I was now looking for something maybe similar, or just something that I could get done for myself that would provide an income.

I was looking to buy a business, so I was looking on bizbuy.com. And the first video I came to was, “Don’t buy a business that’s for sale.” That of course jogged me really, really hard. Like, “Are you kidding me? So how do you find a business?” Introduce me into the rest of the videos about individuals who had done it. Who had bought businesses and didn’t by the ones that were for sale.

The information is genuine. The individuals care about whether or not you succeed. They have a purpose. And a part of the purpose is a social agenda that fits mine. As well as wanting to have a business of my own that I’m able to afford, and that actually does the things I need it to do. Doesn’t cause me to be here all the time with the business, and provides me with a nice income. That’s my goals. And I found a way to achieve those through the Harbor Club.

A lot of the information is just common sense. You’re going to get the particulars of it, but if you’re willing to put in a little bit of work, anybody who wants to have some independence, and is looking to create an income for themselves, me, myself, I think I spoke to Monty, yourself, and it was about living a lifestyle I hadn’t lived before. I want to live a millionaire lifestyle. I can actually see this happening through the information I received.

And also, the individuals who I’ve been networking with. The mix of individuals you’ll find at the Harbor Club events, it’s just a wide range of individuals who are smart, who are dedicated to living the life they want to live, and who found a way to do it. We have everybody who’s here. The networking is … I’ve met authors, published authors here. I’ve met all type of entrepreneurs. There are lawyers here. There’s every mix that you could possibly … And they’re genuinely, and they’re open to assisting one another. Through the Harbor Club, having put the event together.

I can tell you the way the event was set up, I thought it was perfect. Everything led to us being able to intimate with one another. We were able to change tables. The way the meals were arranged in the evening events, we were able to interact consistently with a number of individuals. It was not too large, it wasn’t too small. I’m really satisfied with what I got from this.

This is a great thing here. I’ve been to many of them. This was one that I particularly would tell anybody, “You’ll get your money’s worth the first day.”
