The Harbour Club is the world's first experential M&A training seminar in the world and was founded in 2009 by Jeremy Harbour. It's the only seminar that teaches entrepreneurs, executives and investors how to do M&A deals without using any cash upfront by focusing on distressed and motivated sellers. Other trainings focus on leveraged buyout (LBO) which uses debt, while we do not.
