My name is Jeff Lidell. I’m from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I own a small business there doing commercial floors for hospitals, colleges, universities, government. I’m looking to expand my business and was hoping to do it with acquisition, so I came to The Harbor Club to learn effective ways to attract potential partners and make deals that would help expand the growth of my business.

The course has been way beyond what my expectations were. I’ve learned so much about how to source potential leads, how to approach those business owners, and the ways to construct deals that are great for the business owner and for me, and even potential exit strategies for me down the road with their agglomeration and those programs.

I came here with the motivation to expand my business by looking for acquisition partners. With the sourcing tools that I’ve learned from Jeremy and The Harbor Club, I’m already making lists of potential clients, I’m already developing plans for how I’m going to target them with letters or email and how I’m going to approach them.
